The initial vehicle had obviously low air pressure in the front tires, and they have no ability to add air, or even check the air pressure, at the facility.

Ventajas: Car was OK, Nissan Versa w/ 63000 miles. I made them take photos of the many small dings so I didn't get dinged. Tires were shot, so highway travel was bumpy. But car was clean and a/c worked.

The price that it says on Kayak is not real, cause they force you to take a basic insurance that will add at least $150 to your price. This is a kayak problem as well, that should provide the final price overall, or specify which car rental requires an insurance and which doesn't. Another problem here is that the car that they promise or even similar is not the same. For example, on my reservation I requested a VW Jetta or similar, and when I got there they gave me a Seat (you probably never heard about it) so when complained and said, ok so this is not the same, they said that they don't even have the Jetta that Kayak was showing, and the Jetta that they had was a different category ( more expensive, of course).
